二、聚焦“落實立德樹人根本任務”,構建立德修身“金種子”誠信文化育人體系

三、聚焦“打造‘鑄魂育人’新場域”,構建強農興農“試驗田”耕讀文化育人體系

實施耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)涵(han)養工程,將耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)文(wen)明融(rong)(rong)入校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she),融(rong)(rong)入生(sheng)態美育和勞動實踐(jian)中,在(zai)(zai)春耕(geng)(geng)和收獲(huo)時節,分批(pi)次組織學生(sheng)到校(xiao)(xiao)內外教(jiao)學科(ke)(ke)研基(ji)地以(yi)及(ji)學校(xiao)(xiao)駐村(cun)“第一書記”所(suo)在(zai)(zai)鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)村(cun),在(zai)(zai)田(tian)間地頭上“鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)土(tu)情懷”實習實踐(jian)課,引導學生(sheng)在(zai)(zai)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業生(sheng)產實踐(jian)中體悟“務農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)重本,國(guo)之大綱”的(de)(de)深刻哲理,培(pei)養矢志強農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)興(xing)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)的(de)(de)人文(wen)情懷。開(kai)設(she)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業發展(zhan)史、大國(guo)“三農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)”與(yu)鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)振興(xing)、中國(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業與(yu)世界農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業等耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)育特色課程,將傳統農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)耕(geng)(geng)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)和社會主義核心價值觀(guan)融(rong)(rong)入課堂,以(yi)豐富的(de)(de)教(jiao)學形式(shi)激發學生(sheng)對農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)耕(geng)(geng)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)興(xing)趣與(yu)熱愛,講好“農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)味”十足的(de)(de)“專(zhuan)(zhuan)業課”。推進農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)耕(geng)(geng)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)進校(xiao)(xiao)園、進社區、進鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)村(cun),依托學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)《新(xin)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業》雜志,在(zai)(zai)遼寧省布局建(jian)設(she)專(zhuan)(zhuan)家科(ke)(ke)普基(ji)地,廣泛開(kai)展(zhan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)耕(geng)(geng)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)科(ke)(ke)普活動,使(shi)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)耕(geng)(geng)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)濡養作用(yong)從課堂延伸至社會。建(jian)成中國(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)技(ji)協科(ke)(ke)技(ji)小(xiao)院50個(ge),通過深化(hua)(hua)協同培(pei)養模式(shi)、推廣現(xian)代農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業技(ji)術、服務鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)人才振興(xing),讓(rang)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業科(ke)(ke)技(ji)走(zou)(zou)出(chu)實驗室、走(zou)(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)園,在(zai)(zai)鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)一線深深扎根。


四、聚焦“拓展時代新人培養路徑”,構建鄉村振興“四大員”實踐文化育人體系

圍繞“解(jie)民(min)(min)生(sheng)、治學(xue)(xue)問(wen)、育英才(cai)”,堅持“知、情(qing)、意、行(xing)”相統一(yi)(yi),深(shen)入(ru)實(shi)施(shi)專業(ye)(ye)實(shi)踐平臺與(yu)“知農愛農”教(jiao)育融合(he)(he)計(ji)(ji)劃,以“大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)+鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)振(zhen)(zhen)興”為(wei)載體(ti),打造集(ji)啟智(zhi)潤(run)心與(yu)知行(xing)合(he)(he)一(yi)(yi)于一(yi)(yi)體(ti)的(de)社(she)會(hui)(hui)實(shi)踐品牌(pai)。在(zai)遼寧省建立(li)4個(ge)鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)振(zhen)(zhen)興綜合(he)(he)示(shi)范縣、105個(ge)鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)振(zhen)(zhen)興示(shi)范村(cun)(cun),實(shi)施(shi)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)供給(gei)計(ji)(ji)劃和鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)振(zhen)(zhen)興服務計(ji)(ji)劃,利用“三下鄉(xiang)(xiang)”“返家(jia)鄉(xiang)(xiang)”社(she)會(hui)(hui)實(shi)踐平臺,每年組織(zhi)1.5萬(wan)名(ming)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、成立(li)2000多個(ge)聯合(he)(he)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)小組,通過信息化(hua)(hua)管理(li)平臺累(lei)計(ji)(ji)聯系鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)5000余個(ge)、上傳調(diao)研(yan)(yan)數據(ju)50余萬(wan)條。這些學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)深(shen)入(ru)鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)講(jiang)政(zheng)策、做調(diao)研(yan)(yan)、送技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、提建議,既當“理(li)論(lun)宣(xuan)講(jiang)員(yuan)(yuan)”,又當“信息采集(ji)員(yuan)(yuan)”,把(ba)國家(jia)的(de)方針政(zheng)策、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)好技(ji)(ji)術(shu)“播種(zhong)”下去(qu),把(ba)農村(cun)(cun)、農民(min)(min)的(de)真實(shi)情(qing)況(kuang)“采集(ji)”上來,搭建起(qi)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)與(yu)鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)的(de)“金橋”,讓“書本(ben)(ben)本(ben)(ben)”真正飛(fei)進“黑土地”;同時,化(hua)(hua)身“科(ke)技(ji)(ji)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)”“專業(ye)(ye)研(yan)(yan)究員(yuan)(yuan)”,幫助鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)量(liang)身打造生(sheng)產(chan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)規范,破解(jie)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)標準化(hua)(hua)與(yu)品牌(pai)化(hua)(hua)難題(ti),為(wei)實(shi)現(xian)農產(chan)品產(chan)量(liang)與(yu)農民(min)(min)收(shou)入(ru)“雙提升”持續助力。


五、聚焦“以文化人、以文育人”,構建潤物無聲“同心圓”環境文化育人體系

秉承“環(huan)境(jing)育(yu)(yu)人”理念,用山、水、林(lin)(lin)、田、湖、草、果、花8種生態元素打造出多個精(jing)品人文(wen)(wen)(wen)景(jing)觀,形成了(le)“桃李芬芳、綠樹(shu)成蔭、鳥語花香”的(de)(de)生態環(huan)境(jing)。從8000株(zhu)名貴的(de)(de)紫杉到排排高大(da)(da)的(de)(de)梧桐樹(shu),從千米披(pi)金(jin)的(de)(de)銀杏大(da)(da)道(dao)到層(ceng)林(lin)(lin)盡染的(de)(de)紅楓(feng)林(lin)(lin),校園(yuan)綠化(hua)覆蓋率達65%以上(shang)。入(ru)選(xuan)沈陽(yang)市第四批歷史(shi)建(jian)(jian)筑名錄的(de)(de)1952年(nian)建(jian)(jian)成的(de)(de)綜合樓(lou)、1955年(nian)建(jian)(jian)成的(de)(de)土壤樓(lou)、1956年(nian)建(jian)(jian)成的(de)(de)植保樓(lou),在(zai)生動講述“沈農(nong)(nong)故事”的(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi)集中展(zhan)現了(le)學(xue)校深厚的(de)(de)歷史(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)底(di)蘊。印刻張克(ke)(ke)威老院長崢嶸(rong)一生的(de)(de)“克(ke)(ke)威園(yuan)”,賡(geng)續(xu)復旦(dan)師生“北遷(qian)精(jing)神(shen)”的(de)(de)“復旦(dan)園(yuan)”,演繹本(ben)草文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)“神(shen)農(nong)(nong)園(yuan)”,等等,構筑起一道(dao)道(dao)環(huan)境(jing)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)靚麗風景(jing)線。特色鮮明的(de)(de)校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)優化(hua)了(le)育(yu)(yu)人環(huan)境(jing),“唱響沈農(nong)(nong)”歌手大(da)(da)賽、“銳舞沈農(nong)(nong)”舞蹈大(da)(da)賽、“社(she)彩沈農(nong)(nong)”社(she)團文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)節(jie)等系(xi)列(lie)品牌活動,成為“以文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)人、以文(wen)(wen)(wen)育(yu)(yu)人”的(de)(de)新引擎。實施食(shi)堂環(huan)境(jing)品質提(ti)升工程,打造具有鋼琴(qin)韻律和美好(hao)“食(shi)”光的(de)(de)魅(mei)力食(shi)堂,連續(xu)10年(nian)舉辦飲(yin)食(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)節(jie),在(zai)“美食(shi)美刻”中“育(yu)(yu)德(de)、育(yu)(yu)能、育(yu)(yu)責”,讓學(xue)生感受(shou)“家”的(de)(de)溫暖。


沈陽農(nong)業大學的實踐證明,在扎實推進高校校園(yuan)文化建設過程中,做到(dao)三(san)堅持三(san)結(jie)合(he)至關重要。一是只有(you)堅(jian)持“微小視角”與“宏(hong)大敘事”結合,才能讓(rang)高校(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)園文化建設“接地(di)氣”。大(da)(da)學(xue)生正處在人生的“拔節孕穗期(qi)”,有(you)效(xiao)教(jiao)育引導他(ta)們按(an)照“有(you)理想、敢擔當、能吃苦、肯奮斗”的新時代好青年(nian)標(biao)準立大(da)(da)志、明大(da)(da)德、成大(da)(da)才(cai)、擔大(da)(da)任,關鍵在于通(tong)過“微小視角”講好“宏大(da)(da)敘事”,讓校(xiao)園(yuan)文化(hua)春風化(hua)雨、潤物無聲般地對學(xue)生的心靈(ling)進行滋潤。二是只(zhi)有堅持“守正”與“創新”結合,才能(neng)讓(rang)高校(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化建(jian)設“有朝氣”。思想(xiang)政(zheng)治工作從根本上(shang)說是做人的工作,高(gao)校要充(chong)分發(fa)揮自身資源優(you)勢,堅(jian)持守正創(chuang)新,在自覺用中華優(you)秀傳統文化、革命文化、社會主義先(xian)進文化(hua)培根鑄魂的同時(shi),注(zhu)重(zhong)貼(tie)近實際(ji)、貼(tie)近學生、貼(tie)近校園(yuan)生活,打造兼具主流價(jia)值和創新活力的工(gong)作模式。三(san)是只有堅(jian)持“大題材”與“小(xiao)切口”結合,才能讓高校校園文化(hua)建設(she)“聚人氣(qi)”。培(pei)養擔當民族(zu)復興大任的時代(dai)新(xin)人,要牢牢把握(wo)思想(xiang)政治工作這條生命線,通過“小切口”把立德樹人融入思想(xiang)政治教育(yu)、文化(hua)知識教育(yu)、社(she)會(hui)實踐教育(yu)等,著力(li)培(pei)育(yu)和踐行社會主義核心價值觀(guan),才(cai)能增(zeng)強新時代大學生對中國(guo)特色(se)社會主(zhu)義的(de)政(zheng)治認同(tong)、思(si)想(xiang)認同(tong)、理(li)論(lun)認同(tong)和情(qing)感認同(tong)。
