《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)之(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)之(zhi)治(zhi)》課程(cheng)針對“讀(du)懂(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)”系(xi)列通識課程(cheng)的課程(cheng)面向和(he)特(te)(te)點(dian),力圖將(jiang)理(li)論(lun)與現實(shi)相(xiang)結(jie)合(he),歷(li)(li)史(shi)與邏輯相(xiang)結(jie)合(he),制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度與實(shi)踐相(xiang)結(jie)合(he)、規律與熱點(dian)相(xiang)結(jie)合(he),以理(li)論(lun)傳授(shou)和(he)歷(li)(li)史(shi)考察為基礎(chu),以現實(shi)問(wen)題為導向,以習近平新(xin)時(shi)代中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)(te)色(se)(se)社(she)會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義思想為主(zhu)(zhu)線,對中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)(te)色(se)(se)社(she)會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度建(jian)設和(he)國(guo)(guo)家治(zhi)理(li)的歷(li)(li)史(shi)成就和(he)顯(xian)著優(you)(you)勢(shi);支撐中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)(te)色(se)(se)社(she)會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度的根本制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度、基本制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度和(he)重(zhong)要制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度進行(xing)深入剖析和(he)學理(li)闡釋,帶(dai)領學生科(ke)學解(jie)讀(du)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)道路、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)方(fang)案的優(you)(you)勢(shi)所在,讀(du)懂(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)共產黨、讀(du)懂(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)、讀(du)懂(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)新(xin)時(shi)代。

課程立(li)足于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)治發展(zhan)的(de)現實經驗,揭(jie)示中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)治體系(xi)(xi)的(de)結構性(xing)特征,說明(ming)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)制度體系(xi)(xi)與國(guo)(guo)家治理效能(neng)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)復雜(za)關系(xi)(xi),考察改革開(kai)放以來中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)治的(de)變化發展(zhan)及國(guo)(guo)家治理的(de)成就(jiu)。課程內容(rong)主(zhu)要(yao)包括三大(da)板塊:“剖析中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)之(zhi)制——中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)治制度體系(xi)(xi)及其結構”“解讀中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)之(zhi)治——中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)之(zhi)制的(de)治理效能(neng)”“講好中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)故事——中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)之(zhi)治的(de)實踐智(zhi)慧”。

課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)教學(xue)(xue)彌合嚴謹理(li)(li)論分析與(yu)時政(zheng)要聞追蹤之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)分野(ye)(ye),采用(yong)系列專(zhuan)家講座形式(shi),邀(yao)請學(xue)(xue)有(you)專(zhuan)長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)者以及(ji)來自政(zheng)府部門的(de)(de)(de)實務精英走進課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)。課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)組設計了“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)能(neng)力(li)——抗疫背后的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)之(zhi)制(zhi)與(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)之(zhi)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi) ”“治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo):中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)共產黨的(de)(de)(de)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)之(zhi)道”“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西文(wen)化(hua)比(bi)較(jiao)視(shi)野(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)之(zhi)制(zhi)”“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西文(wen)化(hua)比(bi)較(jiao)視(shi)野(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)之(zhi)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)”“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)語境下的(de)(de)(de)公共治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)方式(shi)及(ji)其(qi)有(you)效(xiao)性”“大國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)大國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)外交”等多個富有(you)特(te)色的(de)(de)(de)教學(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)題(ti);并邀(yao)請武漢(han)經(jing)濟(ji)技術開發區(qu)(qu)(qu)(漢(han)南區(qu)(qu)(qu))發展(zhan)研究中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心副主任劉國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)發、武漢(han)市城管(guan)(guan)執法(fa)督(du)察總(zong)隊副總(zong)隊長(chang)鄭衛星分別以《新(xin)時代新(xin)使(shi)命新(xin)模式(shi):區(qu)(qu)(qu)域治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)體系與(yu)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)能(neng)力(li)現(xian)代化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)武漢(han)開發區(qu)(qu)(qu)樣本》、《城管(guan)(guan)執法(fa):尺度(du)拿捏的(de)(de)(de)藝術》為題(ti)從基層工作視(shi)角向(xiang)學(xue)(xue)生講述中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)之(zhi)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)真實故事,展(zhan)現(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)之(zhi)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)度(du)優勢(shi)和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)之(zhi)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)實踐(jian)智慧,引導學(xue)(xue)生理(li)(li)解中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色社會主義制(zhi)度(du)優勢(shi)轉化(hua)為國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)效(xiao)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)機制(zhi)和邏輯。
