武漢理工大學:堅持“四融四力”工作法,創新研究生思政育人模式
高校立身之(zhi)本在于立德樹人(ren)。研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)作(zuo)為(wei)國(guo)民教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的最高層次,是國(guo)家(jia)人(ren)才競爭力和科技競爭力的重要(yao)支撐。面(mian)對(dui)新(xin)形勢新(xin)要(yao)求,武漢理(li)工大學認(ren)真貫(guan)徹落實全(quan)國(guo)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)大會精神(shen)和《教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)強國(guo)建設規劃綱要(yao)(2024—2035年)》部署安(an)排,圍繞立德樹人(ren)根本任務,聚焦研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)群體思維特點和成(cheng)長規律(lv),把研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)思想政治教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)貫(guan)穿融入研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)培養(yang)全(quan)過程,創建了以“思想融匯(hui)鑄(zhu)魂(hun)、機(ji)制(zhi)融暢(chang)固本、實踐融通賦(fu)能、文化(hua)融達潤(run)心(xin)”為(wei)核(he)心(xin)的“四(si)(si)融四(si)(si)力”工作(zuo)法,形成(cheng)了具有理(li)工特色(se)的研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)思政育(yu)(yu)人(ren)新(xin)模式。
一、思想融匯鑄魂,強化思政引領力,錨定理想信念“定盤星”
深化黨的創新理論武裝。武漢理工大(da)學(xue)堅持把學(xue)習(xi)(xi)貫徹(che)習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平新時代中國特色社會主義思想作為首要政治任務,出(chu)臺《研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)指導(dao)教師選聘實(shi)施辦法(試行)》,系(xi)統推(tui)進研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)“雙百”創建(jian)(jian)(jian)工作,每年支(zhi)持20余個(ge)研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)和(he)10余名研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)對標(biao)立(li)項建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,組織2.5萬余人次(ci)參與黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)先鋒行動(dong),持續(xu)(xu)提升思想境界。積(ji)極挖掘建(jian)(jian)(jian)材建(jian)(jian)(jian)工、交通、汽車“三大(da)行業(ye)”頭(tou)部(bu)企業(ye)思政育(yu)人資源,指導(dao)研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)講師團(tuan)每年建(jian)(jian)(jian)設10個(ge)研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)“大(da)思政”實(shi)踐育(yu)人基(ji)地,讓(rang)研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)們在企業(ye)一線領悟(wu)“四個(ge)面向”的(de)重大(da)戰略(lve)意義,強化使命擔當,矢志推(tui)動(dong)科(ke)技自(zi)立(li)自(zi)強,持續(xu)(xu)筑(zhu)牢(lao)研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)赤心向黨(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)精神高地。
大力弘揚教育家精神。武漢理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)大學(xue)高度(du)重(zhong)視教育家(jia)(jia)精神在研(yan)(yan)(yan)究生成(cheng)長過程中(zhong)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)激勵作(zuo)(zuo)用,充分發(fa)揮(hui)典禮(li)育人(ren)功能,強化價(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)引領(ling),每年(nian)(nian)(nian)邀請校內外知名專家(jia)(jia)、學(xue)者(zhe)舉(ju)辦(ban)“科(ke)學(xue)道德與(yu)學(xue)風建(jian)設報告會”“聞賢講壇”“鴻(hong)儒論壇”等活(huo)動100余場。開學(xue)典禮(li)上,全國“最美教師”姜德生院士作(zuo)(zuo)為教師代表(biao),以“筑夢理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、追(zhui)光前(qian)(qian)行”為題分享(xiang)自(zi)己(ji)五十余年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)與(yu)教學(xue)心(xin)得,勉勵全體新生立(li)大志(zhi)、做(zuo)實(shi)事、勇(yong)堅持,要(yao)以“國之所需,吾(wu)之所向”的(de)(de)責任感,將(jiang)個(ge)人(ren)理(li)想(xiang)融入國家(jia)(jia)發(fa)展的(de)(de)宏偉進程;畢業(ye)典禮(li)上,全國先(xian)進工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)者(zhe)傅(fu)正(zheng)義(yi)院士深(shen)情回(hui)顧科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)歷程,激勵青年(nian)(nian)(nian)學(xue)子(zi)要(yao)把“瞄準(zhun)世界科(ke)技前(qian)(qian)沿,聚焦國家(jia)(jia)戰略需求(qiu),敢于探索其(qi)他人(ren)都沒有(you)涉足的(de)(de)領(ling)域,開展從0到1的(de)(de)原始創新,勇(yong)于向科(ke)學(xue)技術的(de)(de)深(shen)度(du)、廣度(du)和(he)(he)前(qian)(qian)沿進軍”作(zuo)(zuo)為自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)奮(fen)斗(dou)目標和(he)(he)價(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)追(zhui)求(qiu)。
提升網絡思政育人效力。武(wu)漢(han)理工(gong)(gong)大學(xue)立足互聯網這一宣傳(chuan)思(si)(si)想工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的重要陣(zhen)地,聚(ju)焦研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)業、科研(yan)、求職(zhi)等成(cheng)長需求,著(zhu)力建設(she)“武(wu)漢(han)理工(gong)(gong)大學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)”微信公(gong)眾號(hao)和視(shi)頻號(hao)平臺,打造(zao)了(le)“黨(dang)建引(yin)領”“領航之(zhi)(zhi)聲”“研(yan)育(yu)(yu)有方”等優質(zhi)網絡(luo)思(si)(si)政育(yu)(yu)人(ren)欄(lan)目(mu),創建了(le)“美(mei)韻研(yan)華”“研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)校(xiao)園文(wen)化創意設(she)計大賽(sai)”“研(yan)踐視(shi)界”等品(pin)牌活動(dong)(dong);策劃年度研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)(si)政宣傳(chuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)表(biao)彰會,評選“十佳(jia)研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)(si)政新(xin)聞”“十佳(jia)研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)案例”和“優秀研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)宣傳(chuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)者”,不斷激發新(xin)時(shi)代研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)網絡(luo)思(si)(si)政育(yu)(yu)人(ren)活力。2025年,公(gong)眾號(hao)推送(song)原創育(yu)(yu)人(ren)網文(wen)與重要研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)動(dong)(dong)態新(xin)聞200余(yu)篇,累計閱讀20萬(wan)人(ren)次,增加關(guan)注近1萬(wan)人(ren),已逐(zhu)步成(cheng)為(wei)研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)人(ren)心向往之(zhi)(zhi)的特色宣傳(chuan)陣(zhen)地。
二、機制融暢固本,凝聚全域協同力,打造三全育人“共同體”
壓緊壓實導師第一責任人職責。武漢理工大學(xue)(xue)(xue)認(ren)真(zhen)貫徹落實《新時代高校(xiao)教師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)職(zhi)業(ye)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)十項準(zhun)則》《關于(yu)全面落實研(yan)(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)立(li)德(de)樹人(ren)職(zhi)責的(de)意見》《研(yan)(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)指導(dao)(dao)(dao)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)準(zhun)則》等文件(jian)精神(shen),每學(xue)(xue)(xue)期舉辦(ban)(ban)以“爭做(zuo)四有好導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),培養卓越研(yan)(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)”為(wei)(wei)主題的(de)培訓會,共(gong)(gong)計(ji)3800余名研(yan)(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)指導(dao)(dao)(dao)教師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)參(can)加(jia),組(zu)織校(xiao)內(nei)外4592名專兼職(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)參(can)加(jia)“中(zhong)國學(xue)(xue)(xue)位與研(yan)(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教育(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)會四有導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院”網上培訓課(ke)程;全面修訂(ding)《研(yan)(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)指導(dao)(dao)(dao)教師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資格(ge)審核管理辦(ban)(ban)法(fa)(fa)》《卓越研(yan)(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)指導(dao)(dao)(dao)教師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)評選(xuan)辦(ban)(ban)法(fa)(fa)》,運用(yong)數據中(zhong)臺對導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)候(hou)選(xuan)人(ren)進行(xing)量化評價,強化育(yu)人(ren)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向。自2018年(nian)以來,共(gong)(gong)評選(xuan)了(le)五屆(jie)卓越研(yan)(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)指導(dao)(dao)(dao)教師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)共(gong)(gong)50人(ren),他們“立(li)德(de)修身、敬業(ye)立(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、教書育(yu)人(ren)”的(de)良(liang)好風(feng)貌(mao)和優(you)秀事跡激濁揚(yang)清、弘揚(yang)正(zheng)氣(qi),引導(dao)(dao)(dao)廣(guang)大研(yan)(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)爭先(xian)踐行(xing)為(wei)(wei)黨育(yu)人(ren)、為(wei)(wei)國育(yu)才(cai)的(de)初心使命。
健全導輔協同與部門聯動機制。構建(jian)(jian)(jian)四方協同育人(ren)體系,建(jian)(jian)(jian)立“導師(shi)-輔(fu)導員-研(yan)工-家(jia)長”聯動機制,常態化(hua)開(kai)展“四必(bi)清”動態摸排(pai)和“四必(bi)談”分(fen)級干預(yu),對(dui)全體研(yan)究生(sheng)形成“識別-評(ping)估-監測(ce)-幫(bang)扶”閉環(huan)管理;建(jian)(jian)(jian)立日常權益維護響應(ying)機制,通(tong)過各類研(yan)究生(sheng)組(zu)織暢通(tong)問(wen)(wen)題反(fan)饋(kui)渠(qu)道,借助(zhu)IOC(智(zhi)能運行中(zhong)心)智(zhi)能工單(dan)系統(tong),實現學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)生(sheng)活急難愁盼問(wen)(wen)題實時預(yu)警、追蹤與反(fan)饋(kui);針(zhen)對(dui)特殊困(kun)難研(yan)究生(sheng),成立跨(kua)部(bu)門(men)協作組(zu),聯動培(pei)養、學(xue)(xue)位、心理、保衛、法務等相關(guan)部(bu)門(men)力量,共享過程(cheng)數據,全面(mian)協同育人(ren);積極拓展育人(ren)資源,建(jian)(jian)(jian)設一批“導學(xue)(xue)驛站(zhan)”“研(yan)學(xue)(xue)空(kong)(kong)間”等新型育人(ren)空(kong)(kong)間場域(yu),集成學(xue)(xue)業指導、科(ke)研(yan)協作、心理教育等功能模塊,豐富“一站(zhan)式(shi)”學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)社(she)區建(jian)(jian)(jian)設內涵。
創新智慧教育評價與激勵機制。武漢理工大(da)學(xue)樹立人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)新標(biao)準,深(shen)度(du)構建育人(ren)質量與標(biao)準體(ti)系(xi),圍繞(rao)基礎能(neng)(neng)力(li)、高(gao)階思維和(he)(he)未來素(su)養(yang)3個層面,從道(dao)德品質、專業(ye)基礎、身(shen)心狀(zhuang)態(tai)、學(xue)術水平(ping)、創新精(jing)神(shen)、協作本(ben)領、知識遷移、數(shu)字思辨(bian)和(he)(he)人(ren)機協同9個維度(du),構建了(le)符合(he)智能(neng)(neng)時代學(xue)校(xiao)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)目標(biao)定位的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)綜合(he)能(neng)(neng)力(li)評價體(ti)系(xi),整合(he)了(le)全(quan)(quan)校(xiao)15個職能(neng)(neng)部門數(shu)據資源,使用雷(lei)達圖、能(neng)(neng)力(li)圖譜等可視化工具,動(dong)態(tai)呈現(xian)研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)87項核心能(neng)(neng)力(li)發展軌跡,并依托研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)大(da)數(shu)據服務平(ping)臺,全(quan)(quan)過程(cheng)記錄研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)大(da)數(shu)據,自(zi)動(dong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)個性(xing)化的(de)《研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)綜合(he)能(neng)(neng)力(li)證(zheng)書》和(he)(he)《研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)質量分析報告》,科學(xue)評估研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自(zi)我(wo)發展狀(zhuang)態(tai),提供成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)建議,促進學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)終身(shen)學(xue)習,同時對學(xue)校(xiao)全(quan)(quan)過程(cheng)、全(quan)(quan)員、全(quan)(quan)方位育人(ren)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)效給(gei)予動(dong)態(tai)評價和(he)(he)科學(xue)指(zhi)導(dao)。
三、實踐融通賦能,提升核心競爭力,搭建錘煉本領“大舞臺”
構建全鏈條創新能力培養體系。以研(yan)(yan)(yan)究生創(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)“四(si)維驅動矩陣(zhen)”為核心,從“意識喚醒、空間拓展、基礎(chu)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)、機制完善”四(si)個維度,全力打造“競賽(sai)-孵化(hua)(hua)-轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)”一體化(hua)(hua)育人平臺(tai)。連續14年舉(ju)辦“卓研(yan)(yan)(yan)杯”研(yan)(yan)(yan)究生科技文化(hua)(hua)節,每(mei)年設立百萬(wan)元支持(chi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究生自(zi)由(you)探索(suo)創(chuang)(chuang)新項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)立項(xiang)(xiang),組織“理工合伙(huo)人”創(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)挑(tiao)戰賽(sai)、博導(dao)論(lun)壇、學(xue)術(shu)微沙龍300余場,涌現出中(zhong)國大學(xue)生自(zi)強(qiang)之星陳鵬(peng)飛等一大批創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)先鋒(feng)。近五(wu)年在中(zhong)國研(yan)(yan)(yan)究生實(shi)踐系列賽(sai)累計獲國家(jia)級獎項(xiang)(xiang)400余項(xiang)(xiang),2024年武漢理工大學(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究生創(chuang)(chuang)新實(shi)踐貢(gong)獻力排(pai)名(ming)躍居全國第五(wu)位。
深化工程化實踐能力培養模式。武(wu)漢理(li)工(gong)大學(xue)以(yi)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)卓(zhuo)越工(gong)程(cheng)師學(xue)院獲(huo)批建(jian)設為契(qi)機,全面構建(jian)“校企雙元、項(xiang)目驅動(dong)”實踐(jian)育(yu)人體系。學(xue)校150余個(ge)研(yan)究(jiu)生黨支部(bu)與(yu)(yu)科研(yan)單(dan)位(wei)黨支部(bu)開展結(jie)對共建(jian),實現(xian)組織育(yu)人和科研(yan)育(yu)人相融并進(jin);依托工(gong)程(cheng)碩(shuo)博士培(pei)養改革專(zhuan)項(xiang),與(yu)(yu)中國(guo)科學(xue)院上海硅酸鹽(yan)研(yan)究(jiu)所、洛陽船舶材(cai)料研(yan)究(jiu)所等(deng)4家(jia)(jia)頂尖科研(yan)機構建(jian)立聯合(he)培(pei)養基地,形成(cheng)(cheng)“理(li)論-實踐(jian)-創新”三階遞(di)進(jin)培(pei)養路徑;創新“訂單(dan)式”人才培(pei)養模式,在新能源(yuan)、智能制(zhi)造(zao)等(deng)領(ling)域建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)33個(ge)校企聯合(he)試(shi)點班(ban),實現(xian)課(ke)程(cheng)設置(zhi)與(yu)(yu)產業(ye)需求匹(pi)配度達90%以(yi)上;強化實踐(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)果應用導向(xiang),2025年通過(guo)實踐(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)果授予65名工(gong)程(cheng)類碩(shuo)士專(zhuan)業(ye)學(xue)位(wei),位(wei)居全國(guo)高(gao)校前(qian)列。
四、文化融達潤心,激發內生驅動力,營造向上向美“暖生態”
弘揚和諧導學文化。武漢理(li)工(gong)大學(xue)堅持以(yi)文(wen)(wen)傳道、以(yi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)人、以(yi)文(wen)(wen)育(yu)人,通過系統舉措(cuo)營造健康和諧的(de)導(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)氛圍。隔(ge)年開展全校研(yan)究生(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)關(guan)(guan)系調查,建立(li)問題(ti)反饋機制,持續督(du)促改進;常態化(hua)舉辦“師(shi)生(sheng)運動(dong)會”“好(hao)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)·導(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)課”“傾(qing)聽(ting)理(li)研(yan)”等品牌活動(dong),拓展交(jiao)流場景,濃郁(yu)育(yu)人氛圍;健全師(shi)德師(shi)風長效(xiao)機制,將人文(wen)(wen)關(guan)(guan)懷納入導(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)思政(zheng)工(gong)作體系,在(zai)開學(xue)季、畢業季、教(jiao)師(shi)節等重要(yao)節點充(chong)分發揮(hui)“四好(hao)”研(yan)究生(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)團(tuan)隊的(de)示范引領作用,筑牢和諧導(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)根(gen)基(ji)。依托(tuo)研(yan)究生(sheng)講師(shi)團(tuan)遴選(xuan)優(you)秀講師(shi)組建卓越(yue)研(yan)究生(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)事(shi)(shi)跡宣(xuan)講團(tuan),深挖宣(xuan)傳暖心(xin)(xin)感(gan)恩的(de)導(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)故(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi),組織優(you)秀導(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)團(tuan)隊參加“卓越(yue)之光”理(li)工(gong)故(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)展演,匯編《我和導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)的(de)點滴(di)故(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)》《我和導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)的(de)精(jing)彩瞬間》,奏響(xiang)師(shi)生(sheng)同(tong)心(xin)(xin)共(gong)進的(de)協奏曲。

厚植理工根情文化。一流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)培育一流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)友,一流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)友成就一流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)大學(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)不(bu)斷(duan)深(shen)化(hua)“暖(nuan)心助研”工(gong)作(zuo)體系(xi),舉辦(ban)“師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)共(gong)慶小年”“寒假留(liu)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)團年飯”等暖(nuan)心活(huo)動,每年面(mian)向2000余名(ming)家庭經濟困難學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)定制“助研禮包”,發放“暖(nuan)冬五件套”和愛(ai)(ai)心援助基(ji)金,精(jing)準幫扶經濟困難學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),不(bu)斷(duan)提升立德樹人溫度;構建“知校(xiao)(xiao)愛(ai)(ai)校(xiao)(xiao)榮校(xiao)(xiao)”的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)氛圍(wei),開展“校(xiao)(xiao)史館與(yu)藝(yi)術館參(can)觀”“研途情深(shen)·致敬導師(shi)(shi)”“學(xue)(xue)位論文(wen)最美(mei)致謝”“我與(yu)導師(shi)(shi)合影”等系(xi)列(lie)活(huo)動,強(qiang)化(hua)情感認同(tong);搭建校(xiao)(xiao)企協同(tong)育人平臺,組織研究生(sheng)利用假期(qi)走訪行業骨干企業,邀請優秀校(xiao)(xiao)友回(hui)校(xiao)(xiao)分享成長故事,追憶求學(xue)(xue)點滴(di)、共(gong)話理工(gong)印記、傳(chuan)承理工(gong)精(jing)神(shen)。
