以“三傳三聚”工作法推進“三全育人”體系建設——西南交通大學電氣工程學院電力工程系教工黨支部
西(xi)南交通大學(xue)(xue)(xue)電(dian)(dian)氣工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院電(dian)(dian)力(li)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)系(xi)是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校最早建(jian)(jian)(jian)立的(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)系(xi)之一,從1949年(nian)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立至今,主要(yao)承擔電(dian)(dian)氣工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)相關(guan)的(de)大量(liang)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)科研(yan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),其建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)——電(dian)(dian)氣工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)及其自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)為國(guo)(guo)家(jia)重(zhong)點專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)、國(guo)(guo)家(jia)一流專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)、國(guo)(guo)家(jia)級(ji)特(te)色專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)和(he)卓越(yue)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師培養專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye),通過(guo)了(le)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教育(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)認證,為國(guo)(guo)家(jia)軌道交通電(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)領域特(te)別是鐵路牽引供電(dian)(dian)技術(shu)的(de)發(fa)(fa)展提供了(le)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)創(chuang)新(xin)成果,培養了(le)大量(liang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)技術(shu)人才。電(dian)(dian)力(li)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)系(xi)教工(gong)(gong)黨(dang)支(zhi)部現(xian)有(you)黨(dang)員33名(ming),全(quan)部工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)在(zai)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)科研(yan)一線(xian)。一直以(yi)(yi)來,支(zhi)部以(yi)(yi)“努(nu)力(li)服(fu)務(wu)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),全(quan)力(li)支(zhi)撐學(xue)(xue)(xue)科發(fa)(fa)展”為目標(biao),挖掘學(xue)(xue)(xue)科發(fa)(fa)展和(he)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)歷史元素,以(yi)(yi)自(zi)身的(de)文化(hua)特(te)色為出發(fa)(fa)點,提出了(le)“三(san)傳三(san)聚”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)法,在(zai)探索黨(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)創(chuang)新(xin)途(tu)徑(jing)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中,有(you)效強化(hua)了(le)基層組(zu)織建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),并以(yi)(yi)此推(tui)動(dong)促進了(le)“三(san)全(quan)育(yu)人”體系(xi)的(de)有(you)效建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),服(fu)務(wu)青年(nian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)培養和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科發(fa)(fa)展不斷取得新(xin)業(ye)績。
一、凝練形成支部工作方法
“三(san)(san)傳三(san)(san)聚(ju)”支部工(gong)作法以電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)學院電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)學科發展歷(li)史為根基,挖掘和弘(hong)揚支部眾多老(lao)黨員(yuan)和老(lao)一代電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)人在國家(jia)鐵道電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)化事業(ye)中拼搏奮(fen)斗勇于擔當的精(jing)神(shen)力量,構建支部特有的厚重文化,凝聚(ju)校內(nei)外電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)人合力,充分發揮黨支部作用,形成具有本單位(wei)特色的思想政(zheng)治教育體系,有效促進(jin)了“三(san)(san)全育人”工(gong)作。
二、主要做法
(一)傳承電氣文化,聚力學科發展。電(dian)(dian)氣工(gong)程學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)始人(ren)(ren)曹建猷院(yuan)士(shi)在(zai)1952年富有遠(yuan)見地(di)創(chuang)(chuang)建了(le)鐵(tie)道電(dian)(dian)氣化專(zhuan)業,并且在(zai)國(guo)(guo)家開始建設(she)電(dian)(dian)氣化鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)初期,以(yi)其非凡的(de)(de)(de)(de)勇(yong)氣和(he)自信倡議我國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)氣化鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)采用25千(qian)伏單相工(gong)頻交(jiao)流供電(dian)(dian)制(zhi)式,最后(hou)成(cheng)為國(guo)(guo)家標準,為我國(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)道電(dian)(dian)氣化事業發展打下了(le)堅(jian)實的(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎。這一段(duan)歷史,是西(xi)南交(jiao)通(tong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)所有電(dian)(dian)氣化人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)驕傲。電(dian)(dian)力(li)工(gong)程系(xi)黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)在(zai)長(chang)期的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展和(he)建設(she)中(zhong),不(bu)斷沉淀和(he)凝練老一代(dai)電(dian)(dian)氣人(ren)(ren)“敢為天(tian)下先”的(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)業精神,通(tong)過“支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)書記講黨(dang)課”“院(yuan)史院(yuan)情報告”“青年教師訪談”等工(gong)作,持(chi)續傳(chuan)承電(dian)(dian)氣文(wen)化,凝聚起一代(dai)代(dai)電(dian)(dian)氣人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)奮斗力(li)量(liang),推動學(xue)(xue)科發展。近(jin)年來(lai),電(dian)(dian)力(li)工(gong)程系(xi)不(bu)斷創(chuang)(chuang)造出(chu)學(xue)(xue)科建設(she)新(xin)(xin)成(cheng)果,以(yi)黨(dang)員高(gao)仕(shi)斌為代(dai)表的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)一代(dai)電(dian)(dian)氣化人(ren)(ren)在(zai)國(guo)(guo)家高(gao)速(su)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)供電(dian)(dian)技術(shu)技術(shu)領域持(chi)續創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)突破,研發成(cheng)功多(duo)項(xiang)科技成(cheng)果,為國(guo)(guo)家高(gao)速(su)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)牽(qian)引(yin)供電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統運行的(de)(de)(de)(de)可(ke)靠性和(he)節能性提供了(le)重(zhong)要支(zhi)(zhi)撐。
(二)傳揚榜樣精神,聚焦育人成才。電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)系老(lao)黨(dang)(dang)員李(li)群(qun)湛教(jiao)授(shou)(shou)身(shen)患喉癌仍(reng)堅持在(zai)教(jiao)書(shu)育(yu)人第一(yi)線,在(zai)喉部無法(fa)發(fa)聲的情(qing)(qing)況下,用“筆書(shu)”指(zhi)導學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)論文和科研工(gong)作(zuo),樂觀(guan)積極(ji)不(bu)斷求索的事跡(ji)感(gan)動了許多(duo)人,為青(qing)年黨(dang)(dang)員師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)樹(shu)立(li)了先鋒榜樣(yang)。電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)系黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部帶領黨(dang)(dang)員以李(li)群(qun)湛教(jiao)授(shou)(shou)為榜樣(yang),聚(ju)焦“育(yu)人”工(gong)作(zuo),樹(shu)立(li)“育(yu)人”目標,服務和幫助(zhu)青(qing)年成(cheng)長(chang)成(cheng)才。一(yi)是組織老(lao)黨(dang)(dang)員講黨(dang)(dang)課,從自身(shen)經歷(li)出發(fa),指(zhi)導青(qing)年教(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)作(zuo),促進“課程(cheng)(cheng)育(yu)人”工(gong)作(zuo);二(er)是指(zhi)導專業(ye)教(jiao)師(shi)擔(dan)任本科生(sheng)(sheng)班導師(shi),深度參與大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)培養工(gong)作(zuo),將專業(ye)特(te)長(chang)融入(ru)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想政治教(jiao)育(yu);三是建立(li)優秀(xiu)黨(dang)(dang)員示(shi)范基地,帶領青(qing)年黨(dang)(dang)員師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)參觀(guan)訪(fang)問李(li)群(qun)湛教(jiao)授(shou)(shou)牽(qian)頭的全(quan)國示(shi)范性(xing)“勞模和工(gong)匠人才創新工(gong)作(zuo)室”,深入(ru)感(gan)受榜樣(yang)的力(li)(li)(li)量。2020年上半年,因疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)原(yuan)因推遲開學(xue)(xue)(xue),電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)系黨(dang)(dang)員陳(chen)金強(qiang)為更好完成(cheng)線上實踐(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue),親身(shen)前往(wang)鐵路變電(dian)站,用直(zhi)播方(fang)式向(xiang)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)授(shou)(shou)課,并(bing)制作(zuo)了實驗教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)短片,保(bao)證了教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)效(xiao)果;6月,大(da)(da)量畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)論文答辯評審(shen)工(gong)作(zuo)要在(zai)短時間內完成(cheng),電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)系黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部組建黨(dang)(dang)員先鋒隊(dui),承擔(dan)了近(jin)百(bai)名碩士研究生(sheng)(sheng)的論文評審(shen)答辯工(gong)作(zuo),為疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)期間順利(li)做好研究生(sheng)(sheng)培養工(gong)作(zuo)做出了突出貢(gong)獻。以榜樣(yang)力(li)(li)(li)量帶動“育(yu)人”工(gong)作(zuo),取得顯著(zhu)成(cheng)效(xiao)。
(三)傳遞校內外智慧,匯聚專業建設力量。支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)注重以先鋒(feng)和(he)(he)榜(bang)樣的精(jing)神凝聚人(ren)心,并拓(tuo)展(zhan)視野,構(gou)建(jian)校(xiao)內(nei)(nei)外(wai)(wai)合作機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),共同(tong)為專業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)貢獻力(li)量。一是帶領(ling)黨員(yuan)走訪(fang)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)一線(xian),深(shen)入了(le)解(jie)技(ji)(ji)術創新現狀(zhuang)和(he)(he)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)用人(ren)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu),改革(ge)和(he)(he)完善(shan)課程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)體(ti)系,提升課堂教學實效,培(pei)養(yang)社會發(fa)展(zhan)所需(xu)的青(qing)年人(ren)才;二(er)是建(jian)立校(xiao)企(qi)(qi)(qi)黨建(jian)共建(jian)模式(shi),通過定期開(kai)展(zhan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)共建(jian)活動,開(kai)展(zhan)技(ji)(ji)術發(fa)展(zhan)和(he)(he)技(ji)(ji)術應用交流(liu),相互(hu)傳遞(di)校(xiao)內(nei)(nei)外(wai)(wai)發(fa)展(zhan)建(jian)設(she)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu),形成(cheng)合作建(jian)設(she)長效機(ji)(ji)制(zhi)。近年來,電力(li)工程(cheng)系黨支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)與南瑞繼保電氣(qi)(qi)有限公司(si)機(ji)(ji)關支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)、中鐵二(er)院電化院黨支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)建(jian)立了(le)黨建(jian)共建(jian)基地,帶領(ling)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)黨員(yuan)和(he)(he)本專業(ye)(ye)學生(sheng)50余人(ren)次前(qian)往基地訪(fang)學共建(jian),組織企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)和(he)(he)校(xiao)友進校(xiao)聽(ting)專家(jia)(jia)講(jiang)課,形成(cheng)了(le)互(hu)訪(fang)交流(liu)機(ji)(ji)制(zhi)。黨建(jian)共建(jian)模式(shi),有效傳遞(di)了(le)校(xiao)內(nei)(nei)電氣(qi)(qi)工程(cheng)學科建(jian)設(she)文(wen)化,匯(hui)聚起校(xiao)內(nei)(nei)外(wai)(wai)專業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)的力(li)量,共同(tong)服(fu)務于國家(jia)(jia)鐵道(dao)電氣(qi)(qi)化事業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)。
三、工作啟示
支部工作(zuo)(zuo)要充分結合自身的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)特點和特色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),激發黨員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)奮斗(dou)激情,將(jiang)個人目標和國家(jia)建設(she)發展(zhan)相(xiang)統一。電力工程(cheng)系(xi)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)“三(san)傳(chuan)(chuan)三(san)聚”工作(zuo)(zuo)法(fa),將(jiang)“厚重的(de)(de)(de)歷史文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)”與“當代的(de)(de)(de)精神傳(chuan)(chuan)承”相(xiang)結合,以支部建設(she)為(wei)平臺,將(jiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)傳(chuan)(chuan)承的(de)(de)(de)責(ze)任和先鋒力量的(de)(de)(de)凝(ning)聚傳(chuan)(chuan)遞給每一位黨員(yuan)(yuan),激勵年輕一代電氣化(hua)(hua)人奮勇(yong)拼搏,探索形成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)黨組織和黨員(yuan)(yuan)發揮積極(ji)作(zuo)(zuo)用的(de)(de)(de)有效途徑,增(zeng)強了(le)黨建工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)感召力,支部建設(she)工作(zuo)(zuo)取得了(le)明顯(xian)成(cheng)(cheng)效。
